If you need help right now
Reheart is a practice tool, not a crisis service. If you are thinking about harming yourself, or you’re in emotional distress that feels like more than you can manage alone, please contact one of these resources. They are staffed by people, free, and available around the clock.

Reheart is not therapy
Reheart does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a licensed mental-health professional. The personas are AI, not clinicians, and a practice session is not care. If you are working through grief, trauma, abuse, or a mental health condition, please involve a qualified professional.
The Goodbye wellness check
Goodbye-mode sessions — for breakups, closure, and processing — always end with a brief, mandatory wellness check that asks how you’re feeling. If you indicate you’re not okay, we surface the crisis resources above gently, framed as “thank you for saying that” — never as an unsolicited alarm. Goodbye sessions are not scored.
Intimate-partner safety
Practicing a hard conversation can surface real fear. If you are experiencing abuse or are afraid of a partner, please prioritize your safety over any rehearsal. In the U.S., the National Domestic Violence Hotline is available 24/7 at 1-800-799-7233 (or text START to 88788). Reheart must never be used to surveil, coerce, or harm another person.
